Our Geelong based roof plumbers are excited to share our work on the sports pavilion at Larissa Park in St Albans. The project involved completely overhauling the existing buildings and adding modern facilities.
Raindance Roof Plumbing helped update the existing pavilion and ensure the new function room, with adjoining kitchen and seating, is built to last. Working on both old and new structures, our team had their work cut out to deliver a fresh, modern feel.
Striking the right balance between existing and new features was a key part of this project. Our roof plumbers provided professional roof repairs, keeping some roofing but updating flashings and gutters to give the appearance of a brand-new facility from the ground.
We used fibregalss roof sheeting over the entrance areas, allowing natural light in and maintaining a light, open feel throughout the pavilion.
We also installed new KLIP-LOK® roofing fitted with a huge range of features, including:
- half-round and box gutters
- flashings
- custom-designed circle rainwater heads
- 100mm round PVC gravity-fed downpipes.
As part of the new build, our roof plumbers installed anti-condensation insulation blankets to maintain excellent heating and cooling and maximise noise absorption.
Using top-quality design and materials, the new pavilion looks stunning and provides a modern entertainment facility for the local community.
